Successful closing H7 Portfolio

€18.6 million loan to to refinance an existing portfolio of 4 office buildings and to finance the acquisition of 3 office assets around the Netherlands.

PolarReal in co-operation with MontFort Real Estate has assisted ER Capital N.V. in arranging financing with HYPO NOE Landesbank für Niederösterreich und Wien AG. The total facility is used to refinance an existing loan and to partially finance the acquisition of 3 new office properties. The resulting portfolio includes 7 buildings with total area of c.a. 20,864 m2 and will include 472 parking spaces.

The new financing provides ER Capital with a stable long term financing for these long term investment assets.
